S.O.S Laptop

Tom was great. Virus attacked computer and I needed it cleaned out. Looked around Yelp for computer repair. Called PCpros and they wanted to charge me $200 what Tom did for $45. He had my computer less than a day and got it back to me ready to go. Thanks Tom!!

Service was excellent, and was given a very reasonable price. I had a broken LCD screen that needed to be replaced and I had looked around the other small local places and they gave me an estimate of $240 for a used screen from a different computer. I can't imagine what geeksquad would have charged me. I took it to Tom and it was only $120 for parts and labor.

When you have a problem with your computer, you must go to Tom at S.O.S Laptop. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about laptops. His prices are very reasonable and he works quickly. I had a problem with my laptop not turning on and the fan making noise. Took it to Tom and he had it fixed and returned to me on the same day. He was very thorough and willing to explain what he was doing.

He is available on the weekends and will come to you for on-site work.

I know that if I had taken my laptop into one of the big repair stores, it would have cost me multiples of what S.O.S. charged, would have waited days at a minimum, and the quality of the work would not have been the same.

Amazing service, and the best part is the price. Fixed both my lappys and fast. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off by others. Great job Tom :-). Friendly,l courteous, genuine and honest. 2 thumbs up from me.
